EdgeBrook
A master-planned community developed by KB homes. Edgebrook will have over 1,400 residences (many with scenic views of the Texas Hill Country,) multiple common areas including a Junior Olympic swimming pool and attached pavilion. All residences will be zoned to Comal ISD schools. Edgebrook residents can swim, fish, and go boating at nearby Canyon Lake, or explore the depths and unique beauty of Natural Bridge Caverns

Copper Canyon
Located off Hwy 281, near FM 1863, residents have easy access to great schools, shopping, popular local restaurants, entertainment, and more.
