"Our firm had interest to acquire a family ranch located just north of San Antonio, Texas with the intent to develop the property. Market research indicated that the best use of the property was a combination of high-density single family homes with a mix of retail and commercial projects.

 

Water service was available to the site through a regional provider, however there was no economically feasible wastewater service available, thereby providing a major obstacle to the project. We engaged South Central Water Company for advice. They developed and implemented a plan to provide wastewater service to the area. Currently over 400 homes have been built on the property with 1000 more to come. In addition, an elementary school, grocery store and other commercial and retail projects are in the planning.
